no one has to "bend the knee" to ANY particular political idea, except being a DEMOCRACY. i'm not surprised you keep missing the point here, since first of all you're not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer, and secondly it debunks your idiotic narrative, but let me give you the crayon version again: the point here is they should be excluded from the union and not receive any subsidies anymore when they start CENSORING opposition opinions, ignoring LAWS to push their agenda through, and eliminating CHECKS AND BALANCES - in short, when they demonstrate they aren't real democracies anymore.

its not suprising the eastern europeans are the ones rebelling, if anyone sees how the EU is becoming a soviet union 2.0, its them

this is not a union anymore, the EU openly attacks state institutions of its members in an "obey or get punished" fashion

funny you'd say that, because poland and hungary are actually the ones devolving into soviet like states, with their authoritarian leadership, state press, censorship of unwanted opinion, abolition of checks and balances, focus on nationalism...

trying to somehow reverse uno that is an absurd mental exercise...

that's the point though, they are rapidly declining into NON-democracies. censoring critical media is just one of many steps (hungary is already there, most people are exclusively reached by state run and orban friendly media - poland will be if their latest censorship law becomes reality), crippling the judiciary was another one. just ignoring parliamentary rules in order to do so is another troubling sign - to anyone who actually supports democracy that is, not reactive brownshirts like you ofc.

in the uk, the bbc (far left governmental tv station paid by the population) presented almost daily for months how bad the then current president is and how good the Warsaw mayor is.

why? because there are many poles in the uk and the uk leftist propaganda tv station was trying to sway the election fate.

One example would be how, back in 2019, far-left journalists from Germany intentionally torpedoed the Austrian government between the conservative mainstream ÖVP and the right-wing populist anti-immigration FPÖ. This coalition in a German-speaking neighboring country was a thorn in their side since it started, so they gleefully seized the opportunity to destroy it before the idea of such an alliance catches on in Germany as well.

To be fair though, this was only possible because the leader of the FPÖ was corrupt, incompetent, traitorous moron who fell for a pretty transparent trap and got caught on tape with his metaphorical pants down, musing about selling off his country to a Russian oligarch for influence and power.
