yes. the idea to me that there is ideological cohesion to a noteworthy degree in the democratic party in an era where HRC supporters are centrist corporate shills and Bernie bros want free everything with a myriad of nuance inbetween is silly. AOC dunking on Nanci Pelosi on twitter and the new breed of firebrands in congress have a massive disagreement about how the country should be run thats more than comparable to the spectrum of libertarian voters.
i maintain that voting regularity of party members is the only noteworthy distinction, explained by libertarian hesitancy to vote at all, many dont as there isnt a candidate in many races, they cant win, or ideological issues with voting in a predominantly 2 party controlled system.
If we're talking about leftists, they don't really vote either. The ones who do vote green and really only go out for Democrats when its an exceptionally abhorrent Republcian (Trump). Democrats specifically are more likely to court Republcians than even try to get higher Democrat turnout.
AOC and "the squad" are still entirely capitalist. They want universal healthcare and such, but don't fundamentally want to undermine the system. The actual party is pretty ideologically cohesive even if the mainstream democrats are spineless cucks. You have to go all the way to the left to get disagreements on Obamacare vs M4A, which isn't ideologically divisive as much as it is a practical disagreement.
