First of all there were no tanks back then... no RPGS either... not even semi automatic rifles

Additionally:
"Civilians cannot own a tank with operational guns or explosives unless they have a Federal Destructive Device permit or license"

So thats a big nono

Citizens where approved to have artillery, such as cannons.
The modern day equivalent would be tanks.

That quote goes against the constitution.
Hence, it is invalid.

Only because what this country is today is not what the founding fathers wanted or would even allow if alive today.
it has been corrupted.
This is now the country they warned us about.
Having guns is how we take it back.
Which is exactly the reason the founders wanted us to have them and why (they) want to take them.

Almost everything considered a mass shooting is inner city gang violence. Many here in the US, and basically everybody outside the US who wants to hop in the conversation knows absolutely nothing of the statistics and other relevant facts when it comes to gun homicides in the US.

As an extremely small example, would you care to share the actual % of gun homicides committed with a rifle, handgun, and shotgun, respectively?

After finding that number would you like to then discuss why the only conversation about gun bans focus on rifles chambered in 5.56?
