If Heaven exists, why are we the only ones deserving of it?

Depends what standards you use.

The standard for who "deserves" heaven is arbitrary. God could just as easily say everybody deserves it.

Well, my point is, of all the life on Earth; of all the life to ever have existed; of all the potential life throughout the universe. Why are we humans special, why are we the chosen ones deserving God's reward of Heaven? I'm not religious, so I already know where I'm going with this lol. Posing this question to religious folk who believe there to be a Heaven.

In my opinion this belief is the number one testament to the arrogance of mankind.

because God chose us Humans as the object of his love, each of us is granted redemption by the creator, the murderers the rapists the molesters, just have to repent and God takes us into his bosom...

He wouldn't be a liar if he just changed the standards. What is and isn't deserved is subjective, God could just as easily say "everybody deserves it" and "nobody deserves it". He defines what people deserve in this system.

thats exactly correct "he decides" and he is perfect... all his ways are Just for he is Judge himself... thats why it exists the way it exists right now, he didn't make some mistake...

God is only perfect if you define him that way.

"Perfection" is also arbitrary unless you give a specific and meaningful standard, and from where I stand God's perfection is a pretty shitty standard since he, ya know, burns people for not loving him like a psycho boyfriend.
