That's much better with less issues. When you get shit tenants that don't pay, ruin shit that cost you mucho $, it's bad.

When everything is perfect, good tenants and not so much issues with your blocks renovation and shit, it can be good $ long term. Still, Flipping crypto is the way to go if you know your shit.

As for Air BNB, mucho $ if you own a good prime spot.

crypto have me my best gains, just wish i went balls deep earlier in the bull run. o well still paying for a new roof with the gains will still holding a bag.

I know the feel but any profit is profit. Even if you just make 3-4k per BTC.

bought 4btc @ 11k , sold at 68k, bought more at 37k ish... Waiting for 60k to sell or if i see it's going down a little, ill sell one to buy more then sell around 60 when it reach 60. (Meanwhile i do tons of micro flip. (Ie: buy at 38, sell at 40, buy at 39, sell at 41. When you own more than 1btc, its a few grand flip everytimes)

I been printing money all years. It's like playing OSRS/WOW AH. I always flipped video games to sell gold my whole life. Guess i was meant to do that as now i flip crypto like candies.

People think i lie but i legit never have to work for the rest of my life.

That's why i keep encouraging you guys to do so. Even if it's small profit, you start somewhere and double, double, double more until you have cash flow enough to flip 1+ btc at once.

Once you have 1x BTC, you can make a few grand every few dayus when the market move.

I started the bull run with 1k$ in my day trading stack and now just waiting on 50kBTC to dump it at about a 5k cashout. bought too high last dip but just let it sit.

my longs i have far less into BTC, a few ETH, and a pile of cadano, matic, and chain link i'll sit on for years in case they break out.

i actually had my best flips on DOGE, and no not the crazy 7 cent to 25 cent move or w/e it was. when BTC was making 5% daily move Doge was making 10%. it was free money.

Doge did good to me but for some reasons, where i'm at right now and how much i stacked versus how much life cost me, i slowed down on flipping multi coins. All i do nowadays is focus on BTC/Eth when the flip is good or when i feel like doing many micro flips.

Good on you tho. keep up the good job. I'm always happy when i see people work for themselves versus giving their life to the government/corporations owner.

BTC never hit 68k us dollars? or are we talking canadian

i myself have flipped some doge, otherwise i am in the HODL camp and i use platforms like celsius to generate yield
