Do you even read? This isn't pertaining to warrants, but probable cause and what comprises an arrest. In one of the videos in that thread, you hear the deputy director of the Federal Protective Service state that it wasn't a "custodial arrest", when Supreme Court precedent (particularly Ybarra v Illinois and Dunaway v New York) specifically holds that such detentions are, in fact, arrests. And yet they released the man, because they had no probable cause to detain him in the first place.
