I love weeding out bad staff. You just have to cut them out to be toxic somewhere else. As long as you leave a paper trail and document document document then you're good. The best is when toxic people ask for raises, because the most toxic people have very little insight and think they're great team members. Then it turns into a job interview to keep their job.

"Help me understand....." is one of my favorite ways to get individuals to self incriminate or say wild stuff.

that's awesome. as an avid cyclist myself (mtb though), i'd love to give it a shot. seems really fucking difficult, especially on those bikes. gotta love the dutch, germany is blessed with so many wholesome neighbours (the dutch, the danes, the swiss, the czech...)
