I mean the guys gun did look like an AR but it's still possible 22lr was used

Of course. My buddy has an AR chambered in .308, but all they have to do with the shooter's in-custody rifle is look at the markings on the receiver to know that it's 5.56. There is no way in the world even a wannabe gun bro is going to take shots like this with a .22 and hope to succeed.

I've listened to it several times, which is why I'm making fun of you for trying to portray the shooter's rifle as a .22 instead of the 5.56/.223 that he actually used.

i got my proficiency lvl to 33. guess we can't level up the proficiency of a sniper weapon when an assassination attempt happens. must be against jsp rules

There's nothing ambiguous about "AR-style 556 rifle." It's your standard, most easily available AR platform caliber, by a large margin.
Like I said, get your ears checked. ALL 13 shots heard were more powerful than the little piff piff sounds that a .22 makes.
