Public notice is great but unnecessary. Perhaps the FBI could say the boxes in this or that photo contained various documents (not that I'm about to take Peter Strzok's colleagues at their word on the matter.) Also, the fact that most of these documents have cover pages puts a dent in to the whole "Trump showed military plans to a third party, we have the audio!" claim. Like I said earlier, he could have been waving one of these files around with out showing more than the cover page.

Much like why I think Russia shouldn't play ball with NATO (since the West has engaged in zero good faith behavior since the fall of the Soviet Union in regards to NATO expansion). Why should Trump or his supporters give the benefit of the doubt to any government agency when they have been acting in bad faith since before he was elected. Let's not forget of elements in the government bragged when they lied about troop numbers to Trump so he wouldn't order reductions in military presence overseas. The Feds lie.

Now Trump lawyers plan was to complain to the judge that they dont have enough time and the trial should be pushed to like August of 2024. Jack already covered that entire scenario before Trump lawyers even had time to think of it as a tactic.
