I know it's hard to accept, but this is our country. These are the same people who believe the Earth is 6000 years old. You simply can't fix it and you just have to have policies that account for their lack of critical thinking skills.

To fix low vaccination rates among African Americans, I propose a 2 step solution:
1. We should force prisoners to be vaccinated.
2. We should coat bullets in vaccine solution in Chicago, Baltimore, New Orleans, and St. Louis

Theres some truly fascinating history around why black people in the U.S. have a mass distrust of the medical system. Illegal experiments like Tuskegee are just the surface. My neighbor had to birth her kids in the basement because blacks weren't allowed to be on the main maternity floors until the 70s.

How can that be? Slavery was abolished and MLK was dead by then. Are you telling me that MLK didn't solve racism?

But for real: vaccine-sceptic minorities will not listen to pale pasty privileged lefties like Biden/Pelosi/Schumer/Fauci. They need to be convinced by the leaders of their own communities. Pastors of local black churches endorsing the vaccine will be far more effective. Or perhaps it would go a long way when major black celebs like LeBron or Beyonce come out strongly in favor of the vaccines.
