How exactly is it a fallacy?

The Greens, the churches and so on are arguing that these people would face torture or a threat to their life and well-being in their home countries, and that deporting them would thus violate their inalienable human rights. The only possible logical conclusion from this stance is that we could not even deport the worst terrorists if they're coming from places like Syria, Afghanistan or Somalia.
