i remember simulation theory was introduced by 'atheists. resulting from perplexity of the "double split light experiment". since then i think the 'problems have been resolved.

what was funny (i cant find a reference) is some 'atheists were having a meeting about simulation theory one atheist now believing the construct/universe is a simulation said "we i guess that disproves God" lol and the rest of them turned to look at the dude. if the place is a simulation that would very much prove a creator.

any way? if it is a simulation and we are plugged into it. and if there is judgement you will be judged by what actions you do while your here whether you believe its a simulation or not.

That's a good and important observation - atheists often are desperately searching for a creator, that they form wild theories about simulations, a natural inclination to fill the void of nihilism. Yet, they vehemently and emotionally deny the existence of God. This tells me their condition is fundamentally a psychological or mental illness

It couldn't possibly be that atheist's "desperate" search for a creator is the direct response of blind and daft religious folk shoving a book down their throats and constantly claiming one exists.

Not to mention anytime actual evidence comes out, like the archeology of where Exodus supposedly took place, it points to the fact that there's no creator at all. God damn that pesky lack of evidence!

So now anytime there's a piece of food like a chicken nugget in a plastic bag shaped like Jesus. The aforementioned blind and daft religious folk cling to it like flies on shit and claim that this has to be evidence he's real.

we're talking about philosophy and science and how they both point to the same God and your response is "Christians try to shove a damn book down our throats!!!"

the point is it's not a matter of lack of scientific evidence or humans simply would be better if we just had more philosophical knowledge, the problem with mankind is a matter of the heart. When high level scientists begin to understand physics in the limited way we can and see how many perfect conditions are precisely necessary for even atoms to be able to form into molecules, stars to be able to form, and our zero explanation for life itself to arise there are naturally two explanations God or a hardening of the heart and denying God while replacing Him with some other religious explanation like simulation theory or the multiverse (an infinite set of verses that have no explanation in an attempt to avoid the One true God). The same goes for philosophy, when logically examining the possibility for logic itself we must presuppose a worldview, and there are only a few limited number of possibilities, the Christian God being the perfectly coherent one that explains all things and is true. But again, due to man's hardening of his heart, people presuppose polytheism as "truth" "reason" "logic" "induction" "meaning" "purpose" "the good" and all other universal immaterial necessary categories become axiomatic while remaining unrelated, like they're all eternal "gods" that the materialists must accept while denying the one true God that strings the pearls together. The philosophers desperately grasp at weak concepts like "simulation theory" that is a twisted copy of theism while actually removing agency and teleology and replacing a loving perfect God with an almost demiurge computer programmer. This isn't a new thing, it doesn't depend on just reading a book or having more knowledge or "if only God would just write my name in the sky then i'll believe and do what he asks by loving Him and loving my neighbor!" it's all a problem of the heart.

Christians are not shoving anything down people's throats. They aren't invading homes and private places. They are offering to pray and minister to those in need in public spaces. People can say no. People also don't need to go to church, (also public). People don't need to read and observe social media, (public). Notice the trend?

You say there being no creator is a "fact" but that is scientifically and spiritually is not true.

If you want to look at anything in a modern sense, it's a fact that the design of our planet and solar system are proof of a creator. There isn't any room for a theory in the fact that we have creation. There is nothing accidental about life. So the question many struggle with is Who created life? You are just being downright silly.

I see how you and addone get along though. 2 peas in a pod. It's all about heart problem with you.

It is you by your own statement who is willfully ignorant. You refuse to read books, instead calling it "shoving books down our throats". If you actually cared to read you could educate yourself.

On the science front, science is completely in-line with religious scripture which both agree on a singular creation event. Self-consistent scientific models show that this creation event of our known universe was about 13.797 billion years ago, beginning with a singularity which no physical model exists to describe. Models however to my knowledge (I'm a chemist not a physicist) have successfully modelled the events or expansion of energy arbitrarily soon after the singularity. If that's not enough scientific evidence for you, it's a you problem.

In short, educate yourself.
