So your position is that we should find the lightest sentence given in the United States for a similar act, and have that apply to all the Jan 6thers crimes?

Why don't we do this for every federal crime charged? Why the special focus on Jan 6thers? Seems your focus is on Trump supporters who stormed the Capitol, but if you actually cared about impartial justice this would be an actual program which focused on everyone, not just those who broke into the Capitol to interrupt the counting of electoral votes.

He said "proportionate", not "light". it could be that this is an overflow of US foreign policy, the US does not do proportionate, it does shock and awe. it does not do tit for tat, it does overwhelming force. obviously, someone in the US thinks being proportionate to US citizens is probably the better policy.

....but carry on you two, dont mind me.

  • Overcame 90% one sided biased media coverage for ~8+ years
  • Survived many assassination attempts (media still doesn't cover this, pretends it doesn't exist)
  • Survived the weaponization of the US justice system in an attempt to take down a political opponent
  • Common Sense Policies
  • Built a team of people to think critically and challenge existing government inefficiencies and failures
  • Built a team of people to challenge ridiculous levels of corruption that allowed (and continue to allow) poison in most of our food
  • Simply question the growing status quo of "environmental consultants" having massive power
  • Quite possibly the last chance to have a fair election without mass amnesty and non-citizen voter interference
  • Lifetime of actual achievements and accomplishments, often triumphing through massive levels of bureaucratic sludge
  • Simple fairness in how the law is applied to everyone equally
  • Questions policies and plans rather than endlessly attack character and identity.
  • Plan to reduce war (like previously)
  • Established a team that is willing to simply acknowledge the ridiculous levels of power Big Pharma

The country was fine under him 4 years ago, any over-exaggerations there are likely due to a lack of critical thinking and hard brainwashing of the constant assault of social media and corporate media.

:) I look forward to a unified country and a better standard of living.

The punishment was entirely disproportionate to the crime. That's obvious. When the government is arguing that a murderer who burned down a house with someone inside (in the middle of a riot) deserves consideration of circumstance, but some bozo who wandered onto the Capitol deserves the hammer somethings gone really, really wrong.

Mary Moriarty here in Minneapolis had a fun case. A jilted ex-boyfriend had two gang banger buddies show up to his ex-girlfriend Zaria McKeever's apartment to murder her new lover. The new boyfriend escaped through a window, and the gunmen found Zaria McKeever and shot her nine times and murdered her in cold blood
Mary Moriarty offered one of the gunmen a plea deal to spend no time in prison and instead receive counseling.
The uproar was enough in the media she withdrew it and even Tim Walz threatened to step in. Finally Foday "Kevin" Kamara was sentenced to 11 years in prison

11 years in prison. He broke into a woman's house and executed her in cold blood, a planned murder with malice aforethought. The guy who pepper sprayed a police officer got 14 years in prison. Tim Kaine's son not only shot off pepper spray but wrestled with cops, and got 4 days in jail.
And of course Enrique Tarrio is a political prisoner because democrats think he's a runaway n*****

It begs the question. How do you control such total control of the media apparatus, the overwhelming monetary advantage, a virtual lockdown on academia, NGOs, and government bureaucrats, and still lose?

The post mortem needs to be brutal.

Was seeing figures around $18bn for this election. Even all that money and media could not exert enough influence to make up for a candidate that has nothing to offer. I agree though, need more post mortem. Pipe dream is this 'outsider' president changes the pay to win election culture.

, ,

I know you boys are students of history. ^_^

Can any of you educate me the difference apart from the obvious body count?

Communist Party of China (Authoritarian, Dictatorship, Evil and Murderous...supposedly)

Democratic Party USA ( Freedom loving , Inclusive, love for all, respecting the law...supposedly )

Civil Disobedience and Protest

1989 Tiananmen Square protests and massacre

Jan 6th

Ideological Indoctrination

China Maoist Cultural Revolution. 1966 - 1976 , led by the Gang of Four.

Progressive left DEI, BLM, LGBTQ plus Cultural revolution 197x - Still ongoing? But lets take away the movement in the past and only concentrate on the extreme ones that we are facing now. Maybe 2011 or 12 - till now ongoing?

Hmmmmm whats the difference..
