I can't recall any NYT stories on Russiagate that were proven to be false though. The right-wing nuts obsess over false stories, so it shouldn't be hard to find any that were blatantly false. I'm sure there's at least one or two, I can't recall them though.
I think what you're doing is enabling(though not explicitly arguing) the right-wing talking point that outlets like the NYT got Russiagate wrong, even though they were responsible for many of the big scoops that turned out to be absolutely true. I'm not accusing you of this exactly, but there's this constant conflation between what the most flamboyant, conspiratorial voices at MSNBC said, and what outlets like the NYT/WaPo reported. Sure, voices on MSNBC went overboard in assuming facts that weren't yet there, just as those in the right-wing media stuck their heads in the sand and pretended there weren't any suspicious findings. There's always voices on both sides of an issue that go too far.
But I think people who followed closely and who don't have an irrational bias against the media can say that outlets like the Times and WaPo did a great job covering the story. It's not Maggie Haberman's fault if CNN and MSNBC wanted to cover Russiagate 24/7.

WASHINGTON — Phone records and intercepted calls show that members of Donald J. Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and other Trump associates had repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials in the year before the election, according to four current and former American officials.
American law enforcement and intelligence agencies intercepted the communications around the same time they were discovering evidence that Russia was trying to disrupt the presidential election by hacking into the Democratic National Committee, three of the officials said. The intelligence agencies then sought to learn whether the Trump campaign was colluding with the Russians on the hacking or other efforts to influence the election.

Robert Mueller counters media reports on 6 Trump aides
In the cases of six Trump associates charged by special counsel Robert Mueller, the thick court files are virtually devoid of any campaign communications with known Russian government officials during the election, an analysis shows.
The lack of such contacts helps explain why the Mueller team of mostly Democrat-aligned prosecutors ended its investigation Friday without charging a Trump-related person in a Russian conspiracy to affect the 2016 presidential election. Attorney General William Barr released a summary of Mr. Mueller’s findings Sunday that said the prosecutor had found no evidence of campaign collusion.
