I agree that she was in the wrong and I'm glad she apologized. She's a very smart woman and I'd prefer it if judges stayed out of politics as much as possible.

I completely agree. I think it is unbecoming for a Supreme Court Justice to comment on a current presidential candidate. The SCOTUS should remain above the fray and stick to interpreting the Constitution.

I concede that both sides of the aisle have aspects of unnecessary authoritarianism that I disagree with today.

For Democrats it tends to be size and scope of government, and for Republicans it tends to be social policy, though I more often agree with the social policy.
