I have no health conditions but I work at a hospital and have been exposing myself to infectious diseases long before covid. I have a lot of training on how to stay safe around contagious people. I didn't miss a day of work through the pandemic. I consider it over now. Vaccination is a personal choice because it seems to only prevent serious infection in individuals as its primary function.
But I could see legit consequences though. Higher insurance rates are fair for higher risk individuals and covid is causing a ton of hospitalization. But that's capitalism. They charge smokers more I'm sure.

I bet there will be covid seasons going forward with seasonal boosters necessary like a flu shot. Honestly that is what I envisioned the outcome to be from the beginning.
Masks at the hospital are normalized to a point that i think they will be permanent in the health care setting.
