How do you prove guilt without an investigation?

Burden lies on the accuser.

Yeah, so they investigate to prove the claim.
If nothing is found then there should be a system in place to protect the accused from further frivolous claims though.

Fraudulent claims shouldnt be investigated.

You only know they are fraudulent if they are investigated.

They need to have probable cause to investigate. Just running around accusing people doesn't cut it. The Dems are betting they'll win in 2020, because unlike real folk, IF they are in power they can choose NOT to bring themselves up on charges for NOT having probable cause.

They are breaking the law, but if they win, then they'll get away with it.

Personally, I wouldn't vote for anyone that played the game that way.

Look at the evidence against Ilhan Omar and compare it to the evidence against Trump to get an idea of what real vs manufactured probable cause looks like.
Ilhan Omar is facing these scandals because of investigations that turned up years of social media posts revealing her frauds, photographs of her, signed and official documents she perjured herself on, apartment leases, immigration documents, marriage certificate, divorce petition, campaign expenditure filings, tax filings, police records, her own tweets and facebook and instagram page. All a mountain of evidence that proves the frauds let alone establishing probable cause to investigate. The charges against her aren't far fetched or unbelievable, its just mundane immigration fraud and financial crimes, and literally 90% of Somali families were committing immigration fraud already. But oops, no investigations, because...?
Trump faced absurd accusations of high treason in some grand conspiracy theory with Russia, unbelievable and far fetched claims that were based on... vague rumors with no confirmation. The Steele dossier which was manufactured by the opposition party using those vague rumors. Details of the dossier which were easily debunked and proven false upon cursory examination with the tools available to the FBI. A setup of George Papadaopolous where they tried to entrap him into saying there was a link, but he didn't play ball so that didn't pan out. So basically, nothing at all. Just Trump's political views and expressed viewpoints that made people dislike him, arguing his dovish attitude towards Russia was cause enough.

I haven't seen any of this and the fact that Hannity isn't screaming about it 24/7 (when he screamed about Seth whoever) seems to mean that it's probably bullshit.

well just go looking for it. for example, here's her divorce petition where she swears under penalty of perjury that she's had no contact with ahmed nur said elmi since 2011, and here she is in 2012-2013 pictured with ahmed nur said elmi, commenting on his pictures on facebook, and him being present when she gave birth to one of her daughters. There's way too much docs to dump in one thread, it would just spam it beyond belief, but suffice to say its all right out there. We can trace pretty much all their movements and interactions since emigrating.

for example, just one piece of evidence was how Ilhan's sister who lives in Kenya runs a health care consultant firm, and after Ahmed Nur Said Elmi fled to Kenya to avoid reporters, if you looked at the HTML code for Ilhan's sister's healthcare website, you'd see "Edited by Ahmed Elmi" all over it. Because he was building her webpage for her. During a period in which Ilhan Omar swore under penalty of perjury she had no means to contact him. Now repeat that kind of connection about 1,000 times and you get an idea of the evidence here
