Donald Trump said that "if you run for president, you shouldn't be allowed to use teleprompters."

Now that Donald Trump is using teleprompters, should he be allowed to run for president?

Do you agree with Donald Trump's statement or disagree with that statment?

On the list of issues I vote for, its pretty nonexistent.

I don't care about the things you care about.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous to say that Trump was claiming that they should be illegal and that it's okay to use them while they're legal. He was saying that they shouldn't be used, not calling for them to be banned.

He's using them because his handlers are trying to bring him under control because he's an absolute disaster at speaking without one, and him using a teleprompter is just another example of his rank hypocrisy.

Why would it be absolutely ridiculous to say that Trump was claiming that? Isn't that how almost everybody else acts?

People wanting certain guns to be made illegal aren't advocating for all those gun owners to be thrown in jail or for those guns to be made illegal to sell prior to legislation being passed.
People wanting abortion outlawed aren't wanting women thrown in jail or stopping them from having abortions prior to legislation being passed.

I'd wager VERY few people expect things to be obeyed prior to a law actually being passed, just because they think it's the right thing.

People = Majority of people, obviously there are exceptions to everything.

If someone was trying to make a certain kind of gun illegal and owned one of those guns and was using it on national television daily, I'm preeeeetty sure that they'd be absolutely hung out to dry for it.

Though again, I think that's completely unrelated, as Trump wasn't calling for a legitimate ban and saying that it's fine that they're in use since they're currently legal. He was bashing people who use teleprompters and saying they were insufficiently Presidential.

Ok, so he is being a hypocrite. I still don't see how that changes anything...The answers are still the same.

Yes, despite being a hypocrite, it isn't illegal yet.
Not that I actually believe this, but I'm playing the role in this argument so...Yes I agree, so we should push for legislation to assure they can't use teleprompters in the future.

I don't really care about it, either.

But the fact that you are unwilling to classify this as a blatant flip-flop on Trump's behalf certainly means something.

Would there ever be a point you would concede about Donald Trump? It doesn't appear so.

President Trump changed his behavior on something extremely minor while his campaign ramps up to more presidential levels and the cucks go wild
Clinton continuously lies to the public about her email server that threatened national security while running a scam foundation, taking enormous funds from Saudi "murder the gays" Arabian leaders, all while continuously race baiting -- no problem

It's not a difficult concept. Donald Trump said that he doesn't believe in teleprompters and that people who use them should not be allowed to run for president.

Now, he is using teleprompters.

The fact that you cannot admit or realize this simple point probably means that you will concede no point against Donald Trump.

No kidding that Clinton is crooked. But we should be allowed to criticize politicians without saying "Well, she did it, too!" I'm talking about a specific Donald Trump flip-flop right now.

I'm using this stupid issue as a litmus test to see if Trump supporters will ever concede something about their candidate. It's not looking good.

To be clear, I do not despise Donald Trump. I'm willing to give him a fair shot on each individual issue. I try to walk into every issue and every policy proposal with an open mind. In this particular case, even though it is an extremely minor issue (teleprompters), it is blatantly obvious that Trump supporters will only begrudgingly concede a point against their candidate after multiple attempts, and only with disclaimers and caveats attached.

So it's no wonder that on more important issues, you guys will hardly ever concede a point or admit that Trump was wrong. You guys are just as bad as the average Sanders supporters were, honestly it's a little like candidate worshiping. It's okay to admit your candidate fucks up every now and then.

On the cuck issue, why do conservatives have such a weird obsession with this sexual fetish? It's just bizarre.
