On the one hand, Barr did what he was hired to do. On the other hand, he's right with regard to certain parts of the report not being able to be released yet due to ongoing investigations by other parties. My desire to read the report in its entirety doesn't outweigh the need for investigations to be run properly, and not be tainted by public opinion.

Not really. Expecting the full report to just instantly come out is silly. But it's safe to bet that Barr won't be transparent enough and Congressional action will be necessary.
