If you knew anything about Arabic, you would know that 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0 are the original numerals used for centuries. It wasn't until quite recently (within the past couple hundred years but well after Muhammad) that Standard Arabic adopted the Hindi numerals of ٠ ١ ٢ ٣ ٤ ٥ ٦ ٧ ٨ ٩. Your picture is quite silly as it assumes a coincidence is providence. It's completely ignorant of the culture's history along the lines of thinking that the New Testament predicted 9/11.
