Some of the rioters assaulted Kyle.

Every rioter who assaulted kyle got shot after they assaulted him or attempted to assault.
Besides the one who tried to pavement stomp kyles head, that guy is long gone and unidentified.

This guy

Behind him is Anthony Huber who ended up taking a nap after striking Kyle with his skateboard.

Gaige Grosskreutz was shot after trying to trick kyle pretending to be friendly and help him up, Gaige reached for his pistol to shoot kyle
Kyle disabled his firing arm when he reached for the gun.

If you're watching the live trial we haven't got here yet, but its coming soon.

The Rosenbaum saga is here
https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=88983873&f=119&p=588683705

I didn't knwo Rosenbaum actually hid behind cars and waited for kyle to walk by, an ambush.

One thing that the livestream of these high profile trials can start teaching Americans is how prosecutors routinely break rules and twist facts and evidence to seek convictions, even if that means blatant emotional appeals or trying to introduce invalid evidence or intentionally sow false doubts when the standard of proof is supposed to be on the prosecution to remove doubts. That's not something exclusive to these trials, that's how the American justice system really works. When on paper we're supposed to have the defense's lawyers zealously advocating for the accused and do anything within ethical bounds, there's no such supposed onus on the state which is supposed to be seeking the truth of matters and the interests of justice, not the interests of winning at all costs. But that's not how the courts actually work. We saw it in Chauvin's trial as they sandbagged the defense with the last minute evidence on carbon monoxide tests on Floyd's blood, for example

the idea that this is solely a prosecutorial behavior is a bit silly, but you're not wrong that it may be more heavily weighted to prosecution in high profile cases, likely due to the fact that presumption of innocence and an impartial jury are very hard to maintain when video of the events is broadcast on national media outlets.

This is wrong. In America we have an oppositional legal system. It is on both sides to present a case using every trick in the book, and it's generally on the opponent to object.

@ the bold, they tried to get the evidence in, and it was rejected. Seems like the court system worked the way it should have. Glad to see you're still a dishonest hack.
