As i said, im all for tax reform. not sure if i'd support a flat 10%, i'd have to see the budget numbers, but im all for a simplification of the tax code that all but deletes the need for an IRS.

I can't bro seriously I am not in the mood to even acknowledge you right now. Take some meds or go for a walk because I would have a more intelligent conversation with a bonobo at this point. Please

getting out of a conversation works best if you dont reply

Well if you cut the non essentials excessive military spending, throwing money at Illigals, decrease government and its retarded contract bids that have us pay $10000 to replace per toilet seat etc etc etc... you bring down the need for higher taxes.
Anyone who earns over $50 mil net worth (not just income) will essentially be recycling money back to the people. And since that's where most of the wealth is we could theoretically get away paying 0% compulsory taxes.
The poor and rich all get a very comfortable flat tax. But if you get mega wealthy and let's be honest 50mil is way more then enough to enjoy life then your money gets to be used for the public good.

This is but a simplistic idea as i don't have the time to flesh it out with pages of text.

Florida also relies a lot on retirees moving there and bringing their money with them, money that they earned during their working years in other states. Florida is really doing well, but their model would not be sustainable for the entire country. Neither would California's, or New York's.

Agreed.

A healthy economy shouldn't rely on a revenue that's mostly generated from jobs in the service sector. Having a manufacturing base is important.

i'm seeing alot of uneducated opinions on the necessity of taxes, it's almost like there is literal mountains of information publicly accessible and we are instead choosing to not research that and come up with a grade school solution to a problem far greater than that

Good thing literally no one in this thread mentioned even a hint that taxes are not a nesessity. But you would know that if you could read. Oh well at least you didn't make this thread about you and your gayness or w/e phase you are going through (yet)

Typical main character syndrome. The world revolves around me, everything I say and think is right, everyone is wrong, they don't understand me the world is against me... Etc etc...
