I do not wonder how people come to power in the United States. We have elections and we elect people to represent us. Some people seem to think that it's not a serious matter and would rather parrot absurd talking points and attack people. Which I think is really silly because we are putting the people into power who will make decisions like whether we will go to war with China or Russia as an example. You know me personally, I prefer that we elect people that understand history and can be honest with the people they are potentially sending off to their deaths and think that honesty is an incredibly important characteristic in a person.



I'm going to be honest with you, I don't think you understand tribalism at all. Also I have never personally observed a group of people whipped into a bigger emotional frenzy over the most unimportant topics than the republican party.

There are multiple posters in this very forum, that are clearly aligned with right wing politics, that are completely obsessed with transgender people, who represent .5% of the US population.

I don't know about you, but I don't think that people who endlessly scream about things like that are not qualified to be of the US government.

It is a purely emotional response into a topic that they know little to nothing about, which is nothing more than a political talking point designed to distract people from the reality that being a good politician is actually quite difficult to do.



Feel free to continue with the personal insults. I have spent quite a bit of time talking on the internet and was not offended by comments that were far worse. So, if it makes you feel better, then please keep spewing your toxic bullshit.
