Yes they cared about draining "the swamp", that had nothing to do with anyone's taxes lol. Draining the swamp meant getting rid of unelected bureaucrats who hold a large amount of power within the US government in lifelong appointments. They viewed them as having undue influence on US policy making and blamed them for many of the problems in the country.

I guarantee they don't and will never care about Trump using tax loopholes and then lying about it afterwards, they probably assumed it anyway lol. Might be hypocritical, but that certainly isn't new to politics lol.

Do you think Trump supporters are the only ones who experience cognitive dissonance? I'd consider you thinking Trump supporters would ever care about his taxes as a sign of cognitive dissonance
