He is clearly and obviously wrong, as Scalia, an infinitely more talented jurist, was at pains to explain in 2012. If you can come up with a legitimate rebuttal of Scalia's opinion, which you cannot, then feel free to post it. Otherwise your time in this thread is at an end.
Scalia was an incredibly blatant hack that regularly contradicted himself to hurt democrats and help republican presidents. It's really telling how intellectually bankrupt modern conservatism is that they hold him up as a unique talent.
