I mean...that's literally what you did ching chong.

I beg to differ. My ancestors built the land people dream of. There's a reason people call it "The American Dream". The thing you think we did is called "Conquering land". It's not the same thing.

Given how poor your English is, I highly doubt that your ancestors did anything related to the "American Dream."

He's an actor my guy. He's filming a scene where he points a gun at a camera. He's handed a gun he has been told contains a blank round. He films the scene exactly as intended except someone loaded a live bullet instead of a blank which then kills the camera operator when the trigger is pulled.

Can we get a bunch of A-list stars arrested for murder now by secretly replacing their blanks with live rounds before they film scenes?

He didn't even pull a trigger he cocked the hammer and in the middle of a him being directed how to stand his thumb slipped.

Didnt the forensics find that the gun could not have fired without the trigger being pulled?

Seeing as Alec Baldwin didn't load the gun, I don't see how he bears criminal responsibility for the shooting. Before you move the goalposts further, you opened this thread calling him a murderer.

Also I didn't realize you were so anti-second amendment. You think gun rights end at the edge of a movie set?

I think gun rights start with being safe as I have said several times in this now circular conversation. I do think he murdered her. He pointed a gun at her and pulled the trigger, causing her to die. I also think somebody should be held accountable for this.

You people are so desperate to be right all of the time you don’t even realize what you are defending.

This is why foreigners should not discuss the topics of a free country. You lack the concept of individual responsibility. The second a gun is placed in your hands it becomes your responsibility to make sure nobody is killed or injured. Just like with every other dangerous thing we do on this planet, firearms are no different.

My guy

I thought there were no sane people left on this forum after a night of people denying this.

That was very quickly debunked.

Didn't see that report. But yea I would probably agree
If the gun didn't have a modern transfer bar safety then it's possible. Just depends on the gun being used, as far as I remember it was a 18xx something colt

My biggest issue with all of this is that there is no such thing as an accident when it comes to the discharge of a firearm, only negligence. I am forced to ask myself when reading all of this, what would happen if this happened all the way down to the normal people. People want to excuse this tragedy because it was an "accident" but the point is a life was needlessly lost and someone needs to be held responsible. In my eyes and most the time in the laws eyes it comes down to the person who was directly responsible for the death.

improper firearm safety

Everyone should go through a firearm safety class, including children.
