I read about this case again and I feel that punishing AJ for "intentional infliction of emotional distress" is bullshit. If this is actionable then all the bullies throughout the nation's grade schools should be suied for money. Being a jerk, hurting other people's feelings..etc is not against the law.
I also object to how they tried to find out AJ's networth. How rich he is or isn't is not anybody's business. They should only look at the laws, and the damage he has caused, to arrive at how much compensation they should seek. When they say crap like, "the amount we seek is tiny, it only amounts to a tiny drop compared to his total asset", this is just bullshit. It's very obvious that they are just in this to get rich. They don't care about justice or righting wrongs. Disgusting.
parents who's kids were killed then got harassed by watchers of a fake news show and told their kids weren't real = "just in this to get rich". LOL
