I don't consider that "justice".
The guy has a conspiracy show. He should be allowed to do his thing.
If they wanted to cancel the show.. maybe, but they'd have 1st Amendment rights to consider.
But, allowing the show, but disallowing certain comments, after the fact... seems kind of... "money grubbing scum" to me.

What's next... they gonna start busting late night comedians for doing their thing?

Well he would have easily defended himself if he would show up in the initial trial but well... he didnt. So lost by default.

Yeah... I haven't followed this. But I'm surprised the judge didn't just throw it out at the start.
