What do you think BLM's entire premise is? It's literally to call out (and attempt to effect change due to) the infringement of the civil rights of Black people at an institutional level. That, too is a government problem.
People who also support institutionalized racial discrimination when it serves their interests. All they ever really do is loot and riot, and demand individuals be prosecuted. Hatred directed at people who don't hold the levers of government. Whether its George Zimmerman or Kim Potter or Darren Wilson or Brett Hankison or whoever else, it doesn't even necessarily involve the government at all, it just involves an angry mob demanding vengeance against specific individuals. BLM isn't some civil rights movement out there advocating for specific policy initiatives, they can't even internally agree on their 'defund the police' toxic branding. What they do reliably, is riot when someone black gets killed by someone not black.
