That's fine. There are plenty of trailer parks in America. No one is forcing anything on anyone. Frankly, I stay away from homogeneous areas because they tend to be unbelievably stupid. For example, when I went to Iceland, I was SHOCKED at how uninformed people were and how shitty their food was. I can't imagine living such a simple, mundane life style because it seems so beneath me. Where I live, I can order Indian (dot, not feather), Oaxacan, etc. and it's all within 10 minutes from me. There's a reason I spend almost $1500 per month on takeout!

We don't have enough Tom Cruises to staff a pre-crime division to arrest people before they decide to commit mass shootings.
You can't legislate answers to lone wolves who decide to go apeshit one day. Maybe we can catch some of the known wolves as has been a trend in school shootings, but certainly not the folks like the Las Vegas gunman.
We could, however, actually enforce the law and put away criminals who get arrested and convicted on their 14th felony. In a sane world, they wouldn't be given their 14th suspended sentence.
For example, when the law says that a felon in possession of a firearm gets a mandatory minimum sentence of 5 years in prison, they shouldn't be given a suspended sentence with no prison time despite them doing it while awaiting sentencing on multiple other violent felonies

Where I live is one of THE most diverse cities in the entire world. Just because some ching chang chong dong country is an important trade center doesn't mean it's diverse. The weather here is great, lots of family in the area, lots of money to be made, etc. If there was another city that could top the things that I want in life, I would gladly move. Alas, there isn't. I'm already in THE best.
