I think it's his fault he murdered ten people but I guess we just view terrorism differently ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Reveal what? He may not know he was being incited/used by the government.

Now go look up how many of these shooters have reported 'hearing voices' in their head that instructed them to shoot people. And how many of these shooters were being 'watched' by the FBI, several months before their shootings.
