Is that kind of behavior creepy AF? Yes.
Should Biden stop doing that kind of stuff? Yes.
Would that kind of behavior meet the threshold for child sexual assault in a court of law? Absolutely not.

Now, if there was actual, credible evidence of Biden doing things that would meet that legal threshold, then yes, impeach his ass (because as we've already seen, the DoJ has been unwilling to criminally indict a sitting President), kick him out of office, then file actual charges against him.

As I've said before in here, the stuff like the pics of teen Ivanka on Trump's lap fall under the same category of creepy behavior, but not evidence of child sexual assault or other behavior that would be categorized as criminal. Where I point to Trump is in the actual court case filed against him AND Epstein by a teenaged girl. The things cited in the affidavits in that case DO fall under such legal definitions. Now that case ended up going away, and I wouldn't be surprised if it were due to witness tampering, but from a legal standpoint, it's not a conviction of anything. Regardless of how vile Trump is as a human being, he also deserves the same legal protections as anyone else. Bring actual evidence, prove it in a court of law.
