thats not really important in this case, normal is what you categorize physiological variations into

i mean sure you can consider it a category of something else if you want to, but that doesnt change anything of the subcategories under it, and just unnecessarily complicates a relatively simple subject just because its the arguing and not knowledge that you are looking for

also your definitions are somewhat incorrect, for example gender is biological and not traditional, you can raise a healthy boy without saying a word to him and he will still want girls. and sex does have a bunch of traits which can vary, but there is only one thing that decides it and thats the genotype. thats pretty much why there are just two of them even though you have a lot of variations on other factors, because those factors dont really matter

you can have a man with testicular feminization who looks like a woman in every way, but hes still not one

but tldr, you cant add something thats not physiological under normal (physiological), behind all the wording thats all their is to it
