It depends on your definition of vaccine.

And even if you could somehow argue that flu shots are vaccines and that covid "vaccines" are true vaccines, I don't see how it makes them more appealing. People would still have to take an indefinite number of booster shots, and they don't provide nearly enough immunity to warrant their use. I don't think people will magically start flocking to jab clinics just because you can artfully argue semantics and definitions.

Not really. I am not a philosopher by trade, yet I argue with people about philosophical matters all the time. You probably do similar things, too.

Also the fact that companies producing vaccines were/are able to offer a product for people to inject into their bodies with basically no liability should be a red flag. if u go blind, sterilized, heart complications, die... etc company is not liable. this is for something that was developed in under a year and told to inject into your body by celebrities, Big tech, and government (Biden get shot or lose your job etc)... at the end of the day do million upon millions of people know what they put in their body? No. and companies are very secretive about the data..
