It is trivial. Even at its face. Already we've seen calls for 5th booster shots. That is 5 doses a person. 400m covers 10 doses a person. That isn't an absurd amount for a pandemic that most all governments have underestimated. You have to disbelieve there's a pandemic to think it is unreasonable. And what makes you say that a battle cannot be won, anyway? How would you even know? You can predict the future? I realize that there are very hard battles that have poor odds of winning, however that is not a reason to put your hands up and surrender before even trying.
