No, no, the odds to have someone worse are super low, imo the History teaches us that it failed when the leader had sons, nephew, brothers, to replace him.
Here he's terribly alone and put Yes-men from KGB era as top officials. Plus any new leader can't do that, they need years to establish their absolute authority.
