You don't need to sink an ACC to render it incapable of maintaining its ability to launch strikes and support other forces. American ACC's are extremely impressive, very well capable of taking multiple conventional hits without being sunk. But they will be forced to leave the area and return to port for repairs.

This may be true, if you can hit it. American carriers always deploy with 2-4 Aegis weapon system support ships (and a couple attack subs) whose primary function is to prevent attacks on the carrier from succeeding.

America has no weapons capable of intercepting hypersonic missiles. Hypersonic missiles do not have to fly high like ICBM's and are capable of maneuvers.

Everyone here needs to consider this one glaring fact. The US is NOT going to leak, what they can and have accomplished.
Unlike Russia or China... it's not to the US's advantage to "brag about their weapons or defenses".

A zircon that after reaching max speed dives to come in low to avoid radar gives you 20 seconds to react after detection. Max speed mach 8 - mach 9. This means it's virtually unstoppable.

This is a big missile, the kinetic energy alone is enormous. It can carry both conventional and nuclear warheads.

Your knowledge is outdated. Carriers will be in serious danger when they are in reach of these systems.

That is an argument I've heard from Americans for decades, but the American military doesn't agree with the assessment. The Pentagon was alarmed at the unveiling of hypersonic missiles and immediately focused on catching up to Russian and Chinese development of said weapons. It is possible that you are correct, but if so, then it is a blunder to not 'brag' about having such defensive capability as it only emboldens adversaries.
