So basically in a state where something is already illegal, people are being incentivized to help call out those who are breaking the law.

I know this was supposed to be a big “haha got ya!” To conservatives, but true conservatives respect the state’s right to create and enforce their own laws. All this does is reinforce how little chance any conservative will move to California.

I would like to add that things like this reinforce exactly how we feel about the second amendment. The federal government shouldn’t be able to make blanket laws restricting something specifically protected in the constitution. Any restrictions should be only state and local level.

Individual rights, as we talk about so often, also refers to individual states. It is amazing how some think that California making a local law offends us in any way. Again, great job newsome! Lmao


One more thing that is also our argument against roe. It is a states right issue not a women’s rights issue to conservatives.
