Kyle was legitimately defending himself.

These two guys were not, and therefore are guilty and rightfully so.

These guys WERE defending themselves. A dangerous thug grabbed the gun prior to being fired upon and the guy continued to get the weapon after being shot. These fine folks were off the hook and were only thrown under the bus once the liberal media learned about the case.
