It really depends on the connotation. You could make the word "Black" derogatory too which is why I said they are equal.

I did not hear any blacks saying negro is fine, except from few on the right side.

My grandfather was part of the Japanese occupation post WW2 (100% black) so I'm a quarter Japanese and a quarter black. The other half is European so I basically look like I'm from Northern Europe. That whole side of the family still uses Negro all the time.

Almost everyone who is considered "white" got a little bit of Negro blood in them. Why do you think Asians have particularly small penises and whites don't? What can I say, except, you're welcome!

White penis has adapted to be roughly on par with BBC because of the cold.

In Northern Europe, it was advantageous to be able to achieve penetration through thick layers of matted clothing.

Maybe for Nordic and certain Slavic people but I doubt that's the case for the majority of Europeans ...especially people of American descent. Regardless, I am giving you express permission to use the term Negro. If it's good enough for MLK, it's good enough for you.
