Kyle is certainly not guilty based on the overwhelming evidence available,
But I don't trust that the jury isn't full of biased persons of unremarkable intellect that were manipulated by dishonest corporate-left media and bad government schools. So who knows what will happen.

They are trying to stick him for 'recklessly endangering the safety' of Richie McGuinness, a video-journalist who was running towards them and wasn't harmed, which is a particularly odious attempt to still give him years behind bars even though he was justified shooting the child rapist in self defense.
Accurately shooting an attacker in self-defense is not reckless behavior with utter disregard for human life, but again this is on the jury and stories can be spun by shady lawyers to manipulate people.
Richie's testimony helped overall, but wasn't crystal clear on that point and the prosecution was shooting that angle.

Anyway, if they did execute black people like that, and given our current political climate, it would be plastered all over in all news media and we'd be hearing about it non-stop. But we don't. This is how I know it doesn't happen.

I'd say conservatively that 20% of police officers are actually KKK members. You do see it plastered all over, it's just that they've infiltrated police uniforms and use that as an excuse to execute blacks at rates never before seen in human history.

Kyle was pretty clearly burning a cross in that dumpster, and then tried to put it out when he got caught, and shot the people who rightly accused him of being racist and defended themselves.
