I have no problem with the FBI raiding people based on evidence that is not yet public. If there is a trial all the evidence will come out,

Not sure if this is how things are done in your country, but the implication of what you said is that people, upon being raided by FBI, should try and take them to court, as this is the only way they can find out on what grounds the FBI raided them for. If true then this just sounds messed up to me.

and if there was no evidence to justify the warrant the charges will be thrown out and the FBI will probably be sued for a bunch of money.

I didn't ask for a lesson on how court proceedings are carried out in your country. I am asking you, for your personal opinion, what Project Veritas possibly did that earned them that search warrant and the ensuing FBI raid.

You can even say I am inviting you to make conjectures about this whole incident.

That's not what your previous comments indicated.

It's OK that you are unable to come up with what criminal activity Project Veritas was allegedly involved in.

This is how literally every country in the world operates. Investigative agencies are not obligated to make public the details of their investigation to justify warrants. What matters is that the evidence exists and they can produce it for the judge to sign the warrant.

I am not going to make conjecture on what they did wrong. That's not productive. It will come out in due time.

What about Project Veritas? Don't you think the people being raided should get to know why they are being raided?

In other words, you yourself cannot find any criminal wrongdoing by Project Veritas.

If you are conducting a raid it is the utmost importance that you DO NOT DISCLOSE THE REASON TO THE GROUP BEING RAIDED. That literally just gives them time to dispose of evidence.

You're stuck in this loop of unproductive questioning.

So you don't know why they were raided? --> Please give conjecture on why they were raided --> What evidence is there for raiding them? --> So you don't know why they were raided?

This topic is pretty simple. We don't know, because the FBI doesn't have to make things public, becuase if they made things public then the suspects will destroy evidence. As long as they produced adequate evidence for the judge who signed the warrant, then everything's fine. If they didn't, then Project Veritas is going to have a very luctivie civil rights settlement coming thier way.

I can't comment on the evidence destroying thing because I don't know if that's how things are run in your country. But I know that here, if a cop, or even the CSIS shows up at your door and asks to be let in, you can ask them why.

But anyway, the initial reason you gave for the feds doing a raid is that PV has a history and that they somehow "deserved" it. It wasn't because the feds had no obligation to disclose anything. It just sounds like you would normally at least wonder why the FBI raided someone but in this case you won't because the group being targeted is one that you hate.

You're putting words in my mouth again. I never said the reason for the raid was their prior history. In fact I explicitly corrected you on that, and yet you're repeating it.

If a cop shows up to search your place without a warrant you can ask why and deny them. If they show up with a warrant, you're SOL. They probably have to produce the warrant, but they are under no obligation to do so prior to the search, and if they show up with a warrant and you start destroying evidence you're going to get immediatley arrested and have additional charges of interferring with an investigation.

Just comply with law enforcement. If you have nothing to hide why does it matter? Just comply or are you a cop hater

Child rape. Most conservatives are child rapists so this is the safest bet.

Name a conservative who hasn’t raped children. You literally can’t do it.
