Rosenbaum is the only person of significance of this trial. if Kyles defense proves self defense that Rosenbaum was charging with the intend to disar/hurt kyle hes off on every other shooting goign forward.

Just because someone is too poor to afford shelter, it does not mean they can commandeer public spaces. Doesn't matter if it's a basic need. I can say that food is a basic need but that doesn't mean I can force grocery stores to feed me just because I am hungry.
