I acknowledge that they probably do that, however I believe that they are forced to do this. People keep abandoning animals to them, or they keep receiving strays or other rescues, and they simply do not have the funds to care for all of them properly. In this case, humane killing of the animals is the only option.

What's in that vid? I am too scared to watch. If it involves animals suffering then I cannot bring myself to watch.
