So you admit that he was breaking the law by entering someone property. If I leave my front door open it doesn't mean you can come in. That's not how it works.
Also you don't deny that he attacked the guys trying to stop him.
I understand that the prosecution will enter all sorts of "evidence" but that doesn't mean it's accurate. Where did this statment come from? And even if he did...so what? If someone attacks me and I win you better be sure I'm going to talk shit to you and I'm going to say what I think is most insulting to you.
