Scott Smith, whose daughter was the alleged victim in the May 28 attack, claimed in an interview with The Daily Caller that she was attacked in the girl's bathroom by a student he described as a boy who wears a skirt.

During the meeting superintendent Scott Ziegler said that the school has had no reports of any assaults occurring in their public bathrooms and that "predator transgender student or person simply does not exist."

Smith said he became irate at the comments knowing that his daughter had allegedly been assaulted just weeks beforehand.

He accused the school of attempting to hide the attack so they could continue to push the school's Policy 8040, which was passed in August to allow students to use their name and gender pronouns, as well as locker rooms and bathrooms that correspond to their "consistently asserted gender identity."

In their statement, Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said they were immediately made aware by officials at Stone Bridge High School of the alleged attack on May 28. Following an investigation, a 14-year-old male was arrested on July 8 on suspicion of two counts of forcible sodomy.

The suspect was later released from a juvenile detention facility and transferred to another school. The student is then alleged to have attacked another victim at Broad Run High School on October 6.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office did issue a press release detailing the arrest of the suspect the following day, stating the now 15-year-old is accused of forcing the victim into an empty classroom, holding her against her will, and inappropriately touching her.

Quit defending serial rapists. A boy with a skirt aka a cross dresser was using the female bathroom. Then raped a girl.

It doesn't say that he was a tranny but the evidence points to it. I tend to believe the vitims of rape... She didn't ask to be raped by a cross dressing boy. Are you going to start saying she wasn't even raped?

eye witness accounts say this person was a cross dresser then have been using the females restroom. A duck is a duck. He believed he was a female so he was using the girls restroom. I tend to believe the vitcims over the rapist. Maybe you take the word of a rapist over a victim. I personally don't. I still respect you if you want to discount victims of rape.

Nothing is political about this. Men should use the mens restroom and girls should use the girls. Do you agree with this?

Yes he broke the rules he raped a girl. It's hard to hold trannys and other social justice folks accountable for there actions. The influence of social media and the way the world is now you can be prosecuted by the public. Like the rape victims father being accused as a transphobic bigot.

Dad says multiple times that he was a boy wearing a skirt, everyone else refers to him the same as well. Later on his attorney retracts and says they do not know his orientation at all. I don’t see an eye witness account on the daily wire article but then again the daily wire/dailymail articles have been super inconsistent and have misrepresentations of the actual events considering they keep saying a trans bathroom policy was abused despite it not being in place until August

He’s definitely transphobic and a bigot but what happened to his daughter is still very tragic. They aren’t mutually exclusive
