There's law and there's reality. The law is that constitution is supreme, reality demonstrates that this is not the case. Though a philospher might say it ought be.
Laws are illusory as to encourage reasonable people to abide by them while the unreasonable use them to exploit, control, manipulate & destroy.
Follow innate god given morality and that spirit is above all of their manipulating ways, including strange laws.
If there was a good law that was also legal it would be something like don't harm yourself or others.
