Calorie reduction and fasting were the key for me.

I just signed out a barbell and 585 lbs of plates during covid and lifted in the garage.

Did gyms in cities allow anything similar? Probably not I assume.

There is a healthy amount of fat that a person requires especially in the colder regions which can look chubby but being 300 pounds in today's world where there are so many role models and food options it inexcusable. Basically when you see a fat person you see lack of discipline. Likewise when you see a fit Greek God statue frames you are seeing an image of "I care about being healthy and willing to put in years of consistent work into my body"

Just to be crystal clear slightly fat/chubby people are fine as long as they are not skinny fat which is another thing. But obese people demanding that we shouldnt shame/judge them is simply a qq so that they can carry on their undisciplined lifestyle.
What's really bothers me is their kids and partner also become an accessory to their lifestyle and look akin.

There are no laws condemning obese lifestyle choices and I don't think there should be but there equally shouldn't be restrictions on what people think about certain behaviours either.

Most were "closed" but if you told them you aren't a stupid liberal they would let you in anyway.

Eats shitty food, sits at home raging at the TV all day, gets fat, blames skinny people, gets diabetes, blames skinny people again, feels bad and needs special treatment, blames society, complains about insulin prices, blames society, dies...RIP
