That's a pretty weak definition of "spied on". Our files will basically never be looked at. They are absolutley collecting data, but nobody is looking at individuals who don't put up some massive flags.

To be clear, I don't agree on the data collection, and I blame both parties. It happened under Obama, it kept happening under Trump, and it's still happening under Biden.
