Have you ever seen video of reporters on European streets asking people what they think certain medical expense is in USA and what it actually is?
People are screaming when they hear prices cos we got it all for free here ^^

Yes. TCSA has nothing to do with my choice of a Doctor. Regulations don't prevent Monopolies having patent protection and FDA marketing exclusivity. The U.S. government grants pharmaceutical companies a monopoly on brand-name drugs. Brand-named drugs are more expensive here.

I wouldn't be able. I understand many many things bout our system/the world we live in. I'm not a super hero. Just a normal dude who's trying to survive on this planet.

I can lead my life fairly easy but i wouldn't be a good leader. I don't have that in me.

To answer your second question; My main source of income is Finance/Coding (I do less and less coding and more and more finance).
